Patients who wish to register must be homeless and sleeping in Westminster. 

If you are in temporary accommodation outside of the borough, even if placed there by Westminster City Council, you must register with a GP local to where you are staying. It is important for your health and well-being to have easy access to primary care local to where you are staying. 

How to Register 

Once you have completed the forms you will be invited to attend the practice to complete your registration by being offered a health check by the Practice Nurse. This can also be done in person in one day.

Once registered you can see any of our doctors, but you may prefer to choose one particular doctor.
