Visiting the Practice
Every day we have either a doctor or a nurse holding a walk-in session.
Many of our nursing clinics are held by Advanced Clinical Practitioners nurses who are qualified to conduct assessments and prescribe medications.
Please come to the practice and ask to see either a nurse or a doctor.
Reception staff will ask you the reason for your visit and might suggest alternatives. These sessions are arranged on a first come first seen basis.
Please tell us:
- If there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to
respond;
- If you need an interpreter;
- If you have any other access or communication needs.
If you have any questions or want to speak to a team member, you can call us on

Outreach and in-reach services

These include healthcare professionals who operate sessions in day centres and accommodation services in the borough and working with partner organisations to contact patients. This allows clinicians to assist
patients in getting the right care they need.
